At Palmetto Premier, we build outdoor spaces that Lowcountry homeowners actually use — patios where families gather, kitchens made for backyard cookouts, firepits for cool Carolina evenings. Every project we take on is custom-built from the ground up, designed around how you want to live outside.
We’re a local crew that cares about the finished product as much as you do. No cookie-cutter designs, no cutting corners. Whether you’re dreaming up a simple paver patio or a full backyard transformation with a pergola, outdoor kitchen, and water feature, we handle it all under one roof.
We take pride in every project we deliver, because the finished space is the only thing that speaks for us once the trailer pulls away. That’s what Palmetto Premier is about — local craftsmanship and outdoor spaces built to last across the Lowcountry.
Your backyard is something you’ll live in for years to come, and it deserves to be done right.

Our process
Design, HOA submittal, build
Five steps, one contractor. The middle one is where most backyard projects in this market stall — so we took it on ourselves.
- 01
Sit-down
We meet at your place, walk the yard, and talk through goals and budget before anything is drawn.
- 02
Design
A cohesive plan across patio, structure, fire, and water — sized to the budget we agreed on.
- 03
HOA submittal
We prepare and file the architectural review package: drawings, materials, siting.
- 04
Build
Grading and drainage first, then base, then surface, then structures. One crew throughout.
- 05
Walkthrough
We walk it with you, fix the punch list, and show you how to care for the finished work.
HOA submittal packages carry a preparation fee, and that fee credits toward your project total if you move forward with us.
Service area
