They took a flat patch of grass and gave us the space we now spend every evening in. The paver work is dead level and the lines are clean two summers on.

About us
Outdoor Living Built for the Lowcountry
At Palmetto Premier, we build outdoor spaces that Lowcountry homeowners actually use — patios where families gather, kitchens made for backyard cookouts, firepits for cool Carolina evenings. Every project we take on is custom-built from the ground up, designed around how you want to live outside. We’re a local crew that cares about the finished product as much as you do. No cookie-cutter designs, no cutting corners.
Whether you’re dreaming up a simple paver patio or a full backyard transformation with a pergola, outdoor kitchen, and water feature, we handle it all under one roof. We take pride in every project we deliver — because your backyard is something you’ll live in for years to come, and it deserves to be done right.
That’s what Palmetto Premier is about — local craftsmanship and outdoor spaces built to last across the Lowcountry.

We handle your HOA submittal package
Most backyard projects in this market stall at the architectural review board, not at the shovel. We prepare and submit the package for you — drawings, materials, siting — so approval is our problem, not your weekend.
The submittal fee credits toward your project total if you move forward with us.

What Lowcountry homeowners say
01 / 05
Handled the HOA paperwork start to finish. That alone sold us. Then the crew showed up when they said they would, every single day.
Marcus T.Summerville, SC
Outdoor kitchen, firepit, and pergola in one project and one contract. No chasing three different companies around Berkeley County.
Ray P.Mount Pleasant, SC
Our yard used to hold water after every storm. They graded it, drained it, and then built the patio. Correct order, done once.
Jenna W.Charleston, SC
Quote was honest, the senior discount was real, and the water wall is the first thing every guest comments on.
